Stainmaster® Carpet
During the manufacturing process, several ingredients are incorporated
into STAINMASTER® to enhance the stain- and soil-resistance
performance of the nylon. Special carbon-core filaments are also used
in the carpet to eliminate static shock. All these manufacturing steps
result in beautiful, long-lasting carpet that is resistant to stains,
soil, static shock, fading and wear.
Anso® nylon
Honeywell/AlliedSignal is the only fiber producer that addresses the
key carpet performance parameters of crush resistance, comfort, and
tuft twist-lock. All residential carpets made with Anso® nylon are
required to be anti-soil and anti-stain treated, and therefore have
